My poops hated me before I started eating Bonny. I've literally tried every fiber under the sun and Bonny fibers make my daily sh** rituals better than eating.. or close to it :) On a serious note, the fiber matrix is great. Natural ingredients that don't cause bloat. All of the flavors are great and make eating fiber enjoyable. Why has every other fiber company made disgusting fiber flavors? No idea, but Bonny figured it out.

I LOVE Bonny!!! I have never had such satisfying poops. I feel like I could run a marathon, after PWB, (pooping with Bonny). Bonnie leaves you "clean" after your morning appointment with the porcelain god. There's no constant wiping, to make sure you have gotten everything. PWB brings back the nostalgia of my youth, when pooping was fun, and a clean, satisfying experience.
When taken every day, this has kept me regular. I prefer the chocolate bites. When they were out of stock I used the powder which became hard and chunky.
