I now go to bed knowing I will have a normal soft BM right after breakfast, and don’t worry about taking any “bowel meds”; and the fluid I drink in the evening is retained in my gut to make nice soft stool rather than urinating it out in the middle of the night.

Well, well, well!!! I let the 💩 out but that’s not the best part. The best part is that l am finally proud of my 💩. It comes out with such ease now that I’m using Bonny Fiber. If you’re irregular get some of this fiber so that YOU TOO CAN LET THE 💩 OUT!!

I have to take opioids every day and constipation can be a real problem. I tried the Bonny prebiotic mixed ripe berries fiber supplement and the Bonny very berry squares. I love the taste of the probiotic fiber supplement whereas the very berry squares don’t taste too great but they work! And they’re all natural which is a huge plus .
On top of that my IBD won’t let me take all the stool softeners on the market without having a flare up and in comparison,I’ve had no bad side effects from the Bonny products I’ve tried so that’s a huge plus!
Next time I’ll try the chocolate flavor squares!
