A delightful way to get more fiber. Start with 2 with plenty of filtered water. Don't eat too many or you risk diarrhea or at worst, some cramping. But eat as many as needed to clean you out. Pretty novel way to get your fiber intake and your insides working again!

I’ve suffered from constipation and OAB for decades. They go hand in hand. My urogynecologist has me on a regimen of Metamucil every morning and then Milk of Magnesia every hour until a bowel movement. I tried that for a couple weeks and was so very bloated, uncomfortable, still somewhat constipated and pretty discouraged. Decided to give Bonny a try. Wow!! It works like clockwork every morning. Tasty, but mixed results

I’ve been using the mainstream brand for years, but wanted to get off the fake orange flavor. I purchased Bonny in the apple pie flavor, and am thrilled with its taste and mixability- great flavor and dissolves into practically nothing.
But I’m not so thrilled with the results. I had a lot of what looked like bridge mix with the old stuff, and same deal with Bonny. I was hoping for more well-formed poops, but that ain’t happening. There hasn’t been an improvement. It’s been three weeks so far. I wish I had better results to report. I’ll probably keep on buying Bonny, just because the flavor is so much of an improvement over the other product.

Customer service is atrocious

Respectfully disagree. Customer service responded to your emails and we have policies in place that you didn't agree with. Bonny does not refund orders where the delivery address is entered incorrectly by the customer. No online retailer does. That does not make our customer service 'atrocious.'. The team goes above and beyond to help our customers which is a lot more than we can say for most eCommerce companies. Ever tried to get a timely response from a human at Amazon? Forget about it.
