I am on significant amounts of pain meds for several medical issues and constipation is always a concern. I take my Bonny Bars in conjunction w/ stool softeners and laxatives plus suppository's as a last resort. There is a significant improvement in my ability to have a BM when I have a Bonny Bar in conjunction with everything else.

Bonny fiber squares have been instrumental in staying regular. I take one every morning with plenty of water and have a daily BM without difficulty. I have a history of ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis with IBS. Ulcerative colitis is gone with dairy removed from diet. Surgeon says I need my sigmoid colon removed because of the diverticulitis. I’d like to keep it. I’ve found that if I stay super regular with BMs, I don’t have diverticulitis attacks which in my mine means no surgery. I’ve had about 5 attacks within the past 7 years. Since starting Bonny, I’ve been in great shape and diverticulitis attacks free! It’s been a few months but I am not stopping. Thank you for creating this product.

Grandma is 95 in assisted living and a very picky eater. Her inconsistent diet and diminished activity have had her backed up to the point of pain and hospital visits.
