Well, well, well!!! I let the 💩 out but that’s not the best part. The best part is that l am finally proud of my 💩. It comes out with such ease now that I’m using Bonny Fiber. If you’re irregular get some of this fiber so that YOU TOO CAN LET THE 💩 OUT!!

I have to take opioids every day and constipation can be a real problem. I tried the Bonny prebiotic mixed ripe berries fiber supplement and the Bonny very berry squares. I love the taste of the probiotic fiber supplement whereas the very berry squares don’t taste too great but they work! And they’re all natural which is a huge plus .
On top of that my IBD won’t let me take all the stool softeners on the market without having a flare up and in comparison,I’ve had no bad side effects from the Bonny products I’ve tried so that’s a huge plus!
Next time I’ll try the chocolate flavor squares!

I love Bonny! I will never go without it from now on. I have always had issues and it’s gotten worse with age. Bonny is a lifesaver and tastes amazing too!!

Love this product so far! Have not reached the solid **** I’m seeking but it is definitely cleaning out my gut! Energy levels are increasing, bloating has disappeared, and bowel movements have reached a daily schedule! Regular every morning! I’m still experimenting with the powder and the chews to find the right combination that will produce solid ****! Thanks for a great product!
