I’m on GLP1 injections to lose weight. Yup that crazy stuff where you have to inject yourself once a week in the stomach. One of the side effects is constipation. After a couple of months of terrible lack of poops and a constant feeling of a full butt but no exit strategy I discovered Bonny. I eat one delicious square of Bonny each night before bed and every morning regular as clockwork I produce a smooth, easy exit, **** to be proud of!

Pretty effective.

It works but the squares are not so tasty but edible.

For years (like 20) I have had more issues than I can count when it comes to regularity. Rarely constipation - usually the opposite. I’ve tried all the things - but nothing felt remotely healthy and only worked on the margins. I didn’t have high hopes for Bonny because I’ve been through a whole lot! But within a week or so I was shockingly straightened out. I am not exaggerating at all by saying this is a quality of life improvement the likes of which I would never have hoped for. I can get in the car and go places with my family without worry. I can eat at restaurants with friends without anxiety about where the bathroom is and how private it is. I just simply go to the bathroom once a day in the morning - the most boring normal poops of all time. It’s amazing! And I like the taste (Apple is my fav - but I have had them all). I keep the squares with me in my bag for travel - but I like that the powder gets me to add more water to my day. Try this - it’s so worth it.

So far Bonny has helped with pooing like a normal person.

For anyone on any of the GLP meds Bonny is an ABSOLUTE MUST. They slow digestion and the Bonny keeps things moving and not rock hard. :) Very good if one has anal fissures too. My doctor prescribed 4 of the orange tablets (Citrucel) a day, but they did nada. The Bonny is MUCH more effective and my recurring problem has been cut by 80%. Fabulous!

I have regular poops and have stopped feeling sluggish……best solution for feeling crappy!

I’ve been drinking this after dinner and it doesn’t cause any discomfort or cramping overnight like probiotics have. Easier morning BMs. The taste is okay with water and great with lemonade! Smells like the strawberry scooby doo fruit snack for the 90s kids 😂

I have suffered from constipation my entire life…have tried everything from prunes and gallons of water to All Bran and Metamucil. This is the BEST THING that ever happened to my gut!

Bonny's Chocolate Coffee flavor is my fav! I add this delicious fiber supplement to my daily smoothies or to add some yummy flavor to my non-fat yogurt. It keeps my poops brew-tally regular, so I can poop-ourri every day without fail!

This started working within a week or two - very much improved regularity and consistency. However, the Strawberry flavor tasted awful to me. Next time I tried the Apple Pie and that was slightly better but still not good. Given the struggle to drink this stuff, and the high cost, I've decided not to continue. The same two major ingredients are available in low cost, high quality unflavored organic powders, and that combo is working just as well (for me).

This product works. At first wasn’t sure about what I was eating but the second one was eerily similar to eating a Fig Newton which I love.
